This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers.
Our hosting provider may keep technical data, such as your IP address and the time, in log files for a short time to keep the website running safely.
When you contact us
When you email or call us, we use your name, business name, contact details and message only to answer you and plan a demo.
We keep this data for up to 12 months after we receive it and then delete it.
Data in the app
Shops that use CorePOS record data in it about their sales, stock and staff, and sometimes about customers. The shop is responsible for that data. We process it on the shop's behalf, only to make CorePOS work.
Where the data is kept
The data of CorePOS is stored with Supabase, in the ca-central-1 region.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Email info@bitsplease.org.
Do you work at a shop that uses CorePOS, or are you one of its customers? Then contact that shop first.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the version at the top.
